DELIVERY
Orders are prepared upon receipt of payment.
Items are delivered to the delivery address indicated when placing your order. You have the option of having your order delivered to an address other than the billing address. Our delivery system also gives you the option of being delivered to a relay point and offers a wide choice of delivery points.
As a general rule, our items are delivered within 2 to 7 working days.
Maison Catanzaro keeps its stocks updated daily. If an item is out of stock or if it has a manufacturing lead time of more than a week, a message will be sent to you. We use Chronopost or Colissimo for all our deliveries in France and abroad (only Chronopost for major exports).
Shipping costs vary from one country to another and are free under certain conditions **
You will receive a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online as soon as it leaves our warehouse. Shipping costs include the cost of preparing and delivering your package.
** In France, home delivery from €9. Delivery to a relay point from €6, free from €110 of purchase (only for relay points and post offices).

You have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to return it to us. The return costs are your responsibility** . We offer you to refund the product or products that do not suit you.

You will then be able to return the item(s) :
RETURN THE PRODUCT(S) INTACT, UNWASHED, AND UNWORN, WITH THE ORIGINAL LABEL AND PACKAGING, ACCOMPANIED BY YOUR RETURN FORM COMPLETED.
SEND THE PACKAGE TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS: FPC SARL – 23 ZAC, LES PIELETTES 13740 LE ROVE, FRANCE. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN E-MAIL INFORMING YOU OF THE GOOD RECEPTION OF THE PARCEL.
YOU WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS, AFTER RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE, THE AMOUNT OF RETURNED ITEMS EXCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS (EXCEPT IN CASE OF ERROR ON OUR PART, THE RETURN COSTS WILL BE REFUNDED).
