Can you tell us about your journey? How did you become an international model?
I started modeling more than 10 years ago, it was just for fun at the beginning, then I got more and more requests and chose to make it my full time job. I began travelling at first across Italy, then Europe and then South Asia, I was attracted by the style of photographers from other countries, plus it was cool being able to travel and work at the same time.
What have been the key stages or significant experiences of your career so far?
I really enjoyed working for important magazines such as Normal magazine and Playboy. Being a glamour model I could work for movies and tv series too and I really like working on those sets and not just with a static image like it is for photos.
How did your collaboration with Patrice Catanzaro for Tome 20 unfold?
I was contacted by Yves, the photographer of the shoot, with whom I had worked a few months before. He proposed me to be one of the model for the new collection, I knew this amazing brand because sometimes I wear their clothes on sets and I immediately loved the idea of being part of this project.
What impressed or inspired you the most about this collection?
I really love latex! I find the clothes very comfortable and they fit amazing, I especially love some dresses that have that kind of futuristic style, and the colors are just wow
As a model, how do you feel about wearing and presenting such bold and elegant lingerie pieces?
I always feel like I am in my element when I wear Maison Catanzaro clothes, I feel empowered and very feminine, like I can be a powerful, independent and strong woman but still feel sexy and playful.
How do you find the balance between sensuality and professionalism when posing for this type of collection?
Everytime I pose for a brand I try to understand what it wants to convey and here I knew exactly what they were looking for: being extremely sexy but not being vulgar or explicit.
How do you mentally and physically prepare for a demanding shoot like the one with Patrice Catanzaro?
The thing I had the most trouble with was the cold when shooting at night, but I did my best to have good photos while trying not to suffer that much? the team was amazing in covering us with blankets at all times we were not shooting.
What advice would you give to young models who want to pursue an international career?
It is a lonely life, especially if you travel by yourself all the time, but you can build a lot, and get amazing results, just stay true to yourself.
What are your upcoming projects or professional dreams you would like to achieve?
I will attend many photographic events around Europe and outside next year, I really want to create a nice network of brands and photographers to work with all over the world.
