    Here’s how to proceed:
    Use a measuring tape and measure yourself while standing, relaxed.
    For fitted garments or vinyl / wetlook pieces (which are not very stretchy), if you’re hesitating between two sizes, choose the larger one for more comfort.
    Compare your measurements with the chart corresponding to the collection (women / men / transgender).
    If you already own pieces from the brand, you can rely on the size you usually wear.

Vinyl is a very shiny material, coated on a lycra base, made of polyester, elastane, and polyurethane.

Wetlook (also called lacquered fabric) is a coated lycra-based material made of polyester and elastane. More flexible and thinner than vinyl, it gives a “wet” effect — hence the name wetlook.

Datex, meanwhile, is an innovative material: natural latex applied to a lycra fabric base.
The result: it combines the shiny, sensual look of latex with the comfort of a more classic textile.
It is also easier to put on than traditional latex, does not stick to the skin, and can be worn for longer periods without discomfort.
In our collections, these materials are used to create strong, unique silhouettes in which everyone can find their own style.

To care for our lacquered, vinyl, or datex garments, we recommend using our “BeGloss Patrice Catanzaro” cleaners, specially designed for these materials.
These hygienic, deodorizing cleaners preserve the elasticity, shine, and lifespan of your pieces.

Instructions for use:
Pour 3 ml of product into 2 liters of water for 1 item, or 10 ml into 5 liters of water for 5 items.
Let it soak for 5 minutes, then rinse with clean water.
Dry flat or on a hanger, away from any heat source.
Do not iron.

For datex pieces:
Hand wash only, in lukewarm water (max 30°C) with a mild soap or the special “BeGloss” latex cleaner.
Air dry inside out, away from direct light.
You can restore shine using the “BeGloss Perfect Shine” product.

Avoid contact with oils, solvents, or perfumes.
Do not store your garments folded: hang them in a dry place, without contact with other colored materials to avoid color transfer.

A few days after placing your order, you will receive our long-awaited parcel at home or at a pickup point.
It will be a cardboard box sealed with white tape showing our address.
The brand name will not appear. The parcel will be discreet — far more discreet than an Amazon box!
Inside, each of your items will be individually wrapped to keep them protected and neatly folded so they don’t arrive wrinkled or damaged.
Note that we can customize the packaging according to your wishes — for example, if it’s a gift.

A gift card is the perfect way to please someone without making a mistake.

Choose the amount.
Select the card design.
Fill in the required fields (recipient’s email address, personalized message, etc.).
The card is virtual (no physical card): the recipient receives an email with a code to use on the website.

Once your cart is filled, enter the code shown in the gift card email in the designated field (“Do you have a promo code?”) and click “add.”
The amount of the card will automatically be applied to your order (until the balance is used up or the card expires).
If your order total exceeds the gift card value, you will need to pay the difference.
Make sure to check the usage conditions (validity, minimum amount, possible exclusions) mentioned in the email.

If your parcel has not yet been shipped, you can contact us quickly (via WhatsApp, email, or phone) to request a modification or cancellation.
Once the shipment has been launched, cancellation is no longer possible; you will then need to proceed with a return after receiving your order.
Always provide your order number and details of your request (address change, item to add/remove, etc.).
Modifications may result in a slight additional delay in shipping.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to make a return.
The item must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, odor-free, with brand tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Place the return form you received inside the parcel so we can identify your order upon receipt. Use the prepaid return label if you met the conditions to receive one; otherwise, you must ship your parcel at your own expense to the following address:

Once we receive and inspect the items, we will proceed with the refund or exchange according to your preference.

We know it can be difficult to find the perfect size on your first order!
If this is your very first order with Maison Catanzaro, we offer free returns and you will receive a prepaid return label, so you can try on, adjust your size, and discover our product quality with peace of mind.
For all future orders, returns are free if you request an exchange or a store credit refund. However, if you request a standard refund, return shipping will be at your expense and you must handle the return method yourself.

After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us, and another email directly from the carrier with the tracking number.
You can click the tracking link to view the status and location of your parcel.
If you haven’t received this email within 24 hours after shipping, contact our customer service with your order number so we can assist you.

If an item has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately upon receipt with a photo and description.
We will assess the issue (normal wear excluded) and proceed with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Wear caused by improper care (machine washing, ironing, excessive heat, etc.) will not be covered.
