Article 1: Object
The present conditions govern the sale of Catanzaro articles presented on the Site by FPC, a single-member company registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number B 485 208 466 in Aix-en-Provence whose head office is located at 23 ZAC , the Pielettes 13741 Le Rove (hereinafter referred to as "Catanzaro House") to all non-commercial and major natural persons exclusively (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").

Article 5. Delivery

6.3 Refund

Article 7. Claim - Litigation
